My alertpay account was locked many days

Hello
My alertpay account was locked many days.

Because I have received many complaints from my members.

I am a HYIP Admin
My site was down but they request refund.

Almost 100 USD was Locked

I want to withdraw money

They've just blocked my account WITHOUT REASON. They don't reply to my e-mails. I can't believe this.... did anyone had their account locked without reason just like that? I had almost 1k there IS MY MONEY GONE FOR GOOD? They don't return my emails, I tried to call them but I've spent 20 minutes on the phone just waiting, no one answered.
