    Default How and where to use Moneybookers Account?

    I want to make it clear at first before proceeding further.I have an active Moneybookers Account and I hardly find any place online to use it.I work and concentrate on some good,trusted and paying sites.In those sites moneybookers is not an option for getting paid.On the contrary most of the casino and betting sites pays and accepts payments through Moneybookers,Liberty Reserve etc.What may be the reasons?
