If you are not on the first page for your keywords then you will not be getting any traffic. Now if you are ranked and not getting any traffic that is a different matter altogether and very likely a problem with your keyword research.

How many keywords are you targeting?
How many searches for those keywords? and how did you come up with those numbers?
What are your rankings for those keywords?

There are better forums than this one for SEO! Don't get me wrong but this forum is used to business more exact offshore companies and related stuff not for SEO professionals look at google search for SEO OPTIMIZING and SEO HELP you can find some huge forums with lots of great and helpful information this was good to me.
