Are there any annual fees in Belize for an offshore company?

There are certain statutory fees for an offshore company that has to be paid by before it's incorporation.I also have some idea about annual maintenance fees charged by respective Governments.But what are other fees and when these fees are to be paid in case of a Belize offshore company? If anybody can briefly discuss here on above issues!

The annual fee in Belize for an offshore company is generally $100 per year. But there are some variations too. This annual fees in Belize is applicable for IBC (International Business Companies) whose authorized share capital is less than $50,000. The company with authorized share capital more than $50, 000 , the fee is $1000. For an IBC in Belize whose shares have no par value, is required to pay a fee of $350 to Belize Government.
