Shares and Capital requirement is quite obvious for any offshore company.For Belize, here are the following provisions.

The register of the shares of Belize corporations can be kept up to date and maintained any where in the world.But it should be as per directors' decision and made available for inspection by the shareholders.
Shares can be issued with or without par value.
The bearer shares may also be issued.
The Shares may be issued in any recognizable currency.
Shares may be paid up in cash or through the transfer of other assets.
The standard share capital is USD 50,000 or an equivalent in another recognizable currency.

Thank you for sharing your details, however, it could be a little confusing in regards to the share capital mentioned in the last point.

You do not need to have a share capital which is paid up in the amount of $50.000 actually the Belize company can be registered with a share capital of only $1000 or an equivalent, also this don't need to be paid..

I am so happy that you have replied to my post.Thanks for your update on "Standard share Capital" needed for Belize company.Can you please give me the source(Link),where it has been mentioned that "minimum share capital needed for Belize company is $1000" instead of $50,000 as I have mentioned above.you may check this Link below in support of my Post.
