Company in Belize and Bank Account in Belize how?

As I read a lot here on the forum and on other web sites about Belize Company registration and to open a bank account in Belize, more and more people recommend to have the bank account abroad from Belize! Now I wonder why and isn't it possible for an foreigner to become a bank account in Belize ?

Also, when registering a company in Belize then what is the requirements ?

For the first question, one of the reasons for why it is better to have a bank account in for instant Cyprus is that you only have limited options in Belize to open a Bank Account, also a Cyprus Bank Account can easily be opened by a Belize Company and it comes with a lot of facilities which most other banks don't offer.

The requirements for a Belize Company Formation, from our site, are the same as for the Cyprus Company Formation, we will need a copy of passport and a utility bill in Egnlish thats all.

From what I heard the problem with Belize bank accounts are that they don't have their own SWIFT code you will need to have a bank in between which is a security problem if you want to keep the account anonymously, isn't that true ?
