Default Why paypal pays less conversion?

    Hi guys,
do you have any similar experience? I have -- had -- and having same experience with paypal payments. The paypal currency converter always shows lesser conversion rates than the actual market rate. Why this is so? Now I tried to sent some money to bank (an indian bank so converted from USD to INR), the actual market rate is 1 USD equals 48.85 INR or so But paypal has paid me only 46.75. why this is so?
