HKoffshore & Paypal with crypus bankacc

I wanted to create a HKoffshore from this provider: <not allowed to post links, read forum rules>

My problem is paypal. I still don't get it if I will be able to add a crypus bank account / visa electron to it.
Or if I'm even able to open the paypal account.

Someone here with a HKoffshore and a crypus bankaccount who can help me?

Well, if you are physically in the Hong Kong, you can always open an account there.

If you are shifting to Hong Kong, you can always contact Paypal and made that into a Hong Kong Paypal account.

Do not provide information which is not yours because to verify the account, you will most probably need to provide documentary proof sometime down the road that you are truly located in Hong Kong. That means, you will need to access you account from an HK IP as well. I believe there will be no issues to open a Cyprus bank account for a HK company, Admin may be able to answer this, but the website says ALL acountries wolrd wide can open a Cyprus bank account no matter what I would address this question directly to CCLOGIC.
