A Seychelles Holding company for my Cyprus company.

I already have a company in Cyprus for my business and now I'm considering to make a holding structure just wondering if it is possible in the Seychelles, since I was reading something that it can be better to have it outside the EU in regards to TAX issues etc.?

It can be of benefit to have the holding company registered and incorporated in the Seychelles and later on transfer the shares of the Cypriot company to the Seychelles Holding company... it will give some additional layer of privacy and security and also include some tax benefits.... however we will need to look into it if you want to proceed and can't make any advice directly on a public forum.

I have bought a Seychelles company from these guys, use it as holding company and will now add some Cyprus shelf companies to my holding, it is a great setup also with the anonymous banking, just awesome service you have here.
