Share Capital required, need to know what the requirements are if any?

Also, do they have any maximum issued share capital caps and will there be a authority fee or something if you exceed any limit like in Cyprus?

Okay we are jumping from thread to thread here, you can also have all your question posted at once in 1 thread.... below is the answer.

There is no limit to the amount of share capital that an IBC is authorized to raise

• There is no minimum paid up share capital requirement (though in practice $US1 minimum is commonly applied)
• Authorised share capital can be stipulated in any currency (US is standard)
• Registered shares or Bearer shares are permissible
• IBCs may be limited by shares or limited by guarantee or both (ie Hybrid Companies)

Standard share capital is 1million$ which don't need to paid up, thats a huge plus compared to many other jurisdictions, depending on which purpose one may have...!

Ohh, sorry, thank you, does it mean you can have a share capital of 1million USD you mean United States Dollars? and you don't have to pay this up? WoW and you also say there is no duty stamp fee or any percentage you have to pay to the Seychelles?

Yes thats correct, you can also have the share capital in EUR or GBP if you like, and still you won't have to pay this capital and you will have it at no additional costs!

With a share capital of one million USD/EUR/GBP or whatever currency, wouldn't it confuse many of my business partners if they see what share capital my Seychelles corp has? Can this be good to obtain a Letter of Credit with a bank?
