I need more information about the company registration in the Seychelles.

What I would need are the costs, turn around time and all this!

The links you provided about the Seychelles company formation and the other offshore company formation are good, but they don't really answer the OP questions and it also left some questions open for me.

I read that a Seychelles company formation is almost done within a few days thats good, but is it possible to become the seychelles company registered with bearer shares? and do you have the same options for an Seychelles corporation to have a merchant account as it is for the other offshore jurisdictions you provide your services for?

We don't offere the Seychelles company formation with bearer shares, it is difficult for a Seychelles company to become a merchant account since many Acquiring banks wont accept them.

The Seychelles Company formation is mostly used by our clients to function as a Holding Company or for companies which don't need to accept credit cards since they do all other business then online business.
