Where to incorporate offshore company, Seychelles, BVI or Cyprus?

Can someone please help? I want to incorporate a offshore company for my business rather than doing business in my current UK company.

Where is best place for me to incorporate to avoid tax or reduce it? There is some tax rule I heard, say I earn money (or my UK company does) outside of the UK and I'm not a resident of the UK then I don't need to pay any tax from that income, do you know if it's true?

Can it help to incorporate the offshore company ?

Is ther a offshore country that is better than BVI or Cyprus for trading purpose? What about Hong Kong or Panama company?
