Can we approach directly the Seychelles Government authority for establishing an offshore company there? Is it advisable to go through the registered Agents?As we all know registering through offshore Agents is always a costly affair and they charge hefty commissions for their services.So which will be a better option?

If you look at the Seychelles company formation isolated, it is like anywhere else in the world you can get it very cheap, but you will need to take in consideration, that once your Seychelles corporation is established you will need to deal with it accordantly to the various tax regulations around, if you fail to do so or ignore this you will risk your company and also get in big troubles.
