Offshore IBC in Seychelles which suffix is valid?

Minor correctio, I tried together with cclogic yesterday to register my company Funala Services with the suffix

Delniska druzba
Dioníčko društvo

None of them are valid,, wanted to let others know to avoid any further confusion... I got my company registered as Funala Services Inc

Yes thats correct, also you can choose from the many other suffix a Seychelles company can have.

Some may want to have a country specific suffix like AG or Gmbh (for Germany).

You can use GmbH and AG? Is it possible to use the term Germany within the business name too? I can't imagine the German or EU authorities thinking too highly of that

Actually it is possible yes... I second your opinion I doubt many of the EU countries like that but on the other hand not many (compared to the majority) know about the Seychelles as an potential offshore jurisdiction to incorporate GMBH or AG in there company name to pretend to be something other than it is or to indicate what the company type is similar to...(as you like).....

It depends very much on which country you are doing business in, for instant, in Germany it may be helpful if the company's suffix could be AG or Gmbh while in the UK and most part of the world a Ltd is sufficient. It is a matter of recognizing the company form in regards to business relationships and not to scare them away even before you had a chance to show them your legit business.
