Offshore IBC - Belize Offshore IBC or Seychelles Offshore IBC, which is best?

Offshore IBC, now while I have registered both my offshore companies in the Seychelles and Cyprus, and they both have the status of an Offshore IBC I would like to know what is better, a Belize or Seychelles IBC?

Offshore IBC what they have in common:

• no tax at all
• anonymity
• can open a offshore bank account

The costs, a Belize Company IBC costs everything between EUR 99.00 to 995.00 depending on which services you require, but comes most often just with scanned documents.

The Seychelles IBC Company comes with both scanned and original corporate documents again depends on where you buy it so far the best value for money is with CCLOGIC for EUR 295.00!

Belize IBC's have limitation on what you can do with them, Seychelles IBC don't have, at least not tha many.

Whoch Offshore IBC would you go with, any additional information is much appreciated

As you may see, a Seychelles IBC is way cheaper in Government fees and is the ONLY whan which has no limitation on the share capital.

What both have in common, you can open Cyprus bank accounts for the either a Belize or Seychelles Offshore IBC.

Nice sharing, I see, Cook Islands IBC's are very expansive compared to a Seychelles or Belize IBC....

The some other great benefits with an Seychelles IBC compared to the Belize one, you can choice what company form it should be, extension/suffix of the company don't need to be LTD, however, some restrictions apply.

· Seychelles IBCs are ONLY permitted to do business outside of Seychelles however they can:
a) make or maintain deposits with a person carrying on business within Seychelles
b) make or maintain professional contact with counsel and attorneys, accountants, bookkeepers, trust companies, management companies, investment advisers or other similar persons carrying on business within Seychelles
c) prepare or maintain books and records within Seychelles
d) hold, within Seychelles, meetings of their directors or members
e) hold a lease of property for use as an office from which to communicate with members or where books and records of the company are prepared or maintained
f) hold shares, debt obligations or other securities in a company incorporated under the International Business Companies Act or under the Companies Act
g) hold bonds, treasury bills and other securities issued by the Government of Seychelles or the Central Bank of Seychelles
h) have shares, debt obligations or other securities in a company owned by any person resident in Seychelles or by any company incorporated under this Act or under the Companies Act; or
i) own or manage a vessel registered in the Republic under the Merchant Shipping Act, or an aircraft, so registered under the Civil Aviation Act, 1949 (Overseas Territories) Order 1969.
· An IBC is prohibited from carrying on the business of banking, insurance or reinsurance, and cannot provide registered office facilities in Seychelles for other companies
· A Seychelles IBC cannot own Seychelles real estate

We are offering our services for both Belize and Seychelles, but we have found that Seychelles IBC's are a much better solution for many clients than Belize or even BVI is.
