My problem is that I only have paypal for payment to CSP who open Seychelles company for me! Who can accept PayPal payment and will not cheat?

Well it doesn't take that long to incorporate a Seychelles company! Max 3 business days if you provide all the required documents from the very beginning.

I would defiantly open my company in the Seychelles by the cclogic if they could help me out. The forum they have here for all of us is just awesome.

You may want to pay by PayPal with a verified account that may help the CSP to feel comfortable

If you trust the CSP you may do a simple Wire Transfer or Western Union transfer! both works very well.
