Need offshore seychelles company to hold shares in Cyprus company?

Actually this can be easily done, there is a small fee involved for the changes and the preparation of a new set of corporate documents for the Cyprus company.

The best is to incorp. the Seychelles comapny first and then afterwards, form the Cyprus comp.

We have a Seychelles Holding which is share holder in the Cyprus company, works perfectly fine for us and were easy to setup!

If we order a Seychelles company and Cyprus company at the same time it will be cheaper correct?

Yes it will be way cheaper than registering the Seychelles company first and a few weeks or month the Cyprus company, since we don't need to correct the documents afterwards. Also we do offer discount's on such orders.

Also it is worth to mention they will deal with all the paperwork required to make this happend in the background, you as a client won't need to deal with that.
