I urgently need advise what is best Belize or BVI Company for my business luzme.com ?

Belize is tax haven and 100% secure I read but BVI country is too right?

What is best and why do you think so.

So there none of the the mentioned offshore jurisdictions are best not BVI nor Belize, the question is what are your goals and what is the purpose of the company and why do you want to take your business offshore?

Best privacy with Seychelles or no? What's about the tax payment agreement with India and BVI or Mauritius does it help for an Indian when incorporate a company there?
