Hello,

Is there any restrictions on finance and insurance business when it comes to Offshore company / IBC?

We want to sell our financial services to global clients if possible without restrictions.

Where do you think is it best to incorporate the offshore company, which offshore jurisdiction?

What you are looking for can be done in the Seychelles with a Mutual Fund!

I highly recommend that you do some market research in each jurisdiction before making a decision.

What would you recommend for the perfect asset protection and tax avoiding setup? Can you simplify it a little so we may understand it?

You may look at some of the following:

1. Has the offshore jurisdiction signed any TIA's and how different they from others offshore countries
2. What are the costs involved and what protection does the offshore jurisdiction offer i.e. public register of companies exists or not?
3. The total costs to get you going
4. Does the company need to report any fiscal reports

There are so many other factors but the baove should help you a little.
