Grea structure of Offshore company for Paypal and offshore banking, what's best?

Hello,

I'm looking into the many combinations of an offhsore company for PayPal purpose and how many options there are or may be, for that reason I seek some input from you guys.

It's seems I found a tax eliminating trick where I use a UK company signup for PayPal, get verified and sell shares to the Offshore company, that way no tax in the UK and no tax in the offshore company, so I have awokring solution, what you think?
