Expatriate looking for offshore company either in Europe or Caribbean.

Hi All,

I'm expatriate from Germany! I'm a resident of nowhere looking for a international offshore setup so I can receive my payment from clients at one centralized place / bank.

Where would you suggest I register my company and where do you think is the best bank to open an account with?

I would like to discuss and explore my options please.

You may simply incorporate a Seychelles company and open a Cyprus bank account. If the majority of your clients/customers from Europe then they will prefer to pay to a EU bank account by IBAN transfer to save money.

The Seychelles? Can you tell me why? How about Cyprus or BVI?

Thanks I read it.. so if I only do business in Europe I will not have to pay any tax, right?

That's true, confirmed. Actually you can do business anywhere in the world just not in the Seychelles to avoid to pay corporate tax.

You may approach your business partners to ask them if they have any issues doing business with you and your business if it has to go through a Seychelles corporation.
