Advice/Help on Bank and Company for site

Hi All,

Can you please advise me on which option is the best to go forward, with my business.

In summary, my business is a platform which will allow users to buy advertising space to sell their escorting services (if they wish to), as well as videos and/or pictures etc… (age over 18 or 21+ depending on country)

All payments to and from users will be taken online via the website, via ccbill, so money for tokens to be spent on the site.


I require help and advice on the following:

Which place to set-up bank and registered company in, Cyprus or Seychelles or mix?

Should I opt for a Limited company in Cyprus/Seychelles ?

Cyprus/seychelles Bank account- Best recommended and will they work with adult content sites and with ccbill payment gateway. Best way to go about it processes time scale?

Director / Nominees to be set up. What is the best way? (including; Hired director, hired nominee shareholder etc…)

I need anonymity to be guaranteed – What is the best way?

Business to be set up and registered in Cyprus/seychelles. What details do I need to provide? only, i.e Name, Address / PO Box etc…

Also need to know Cyprus/seychelles Laws / legal jargon – relating to adult content website?


Based on the above information is there anything else that you think I need to know and/or be aware of.

You may want to consult CCBILL if they accept Seychelles companies to apply for their billing solution. Otherwise, I'm sure they accept a Cyprus company.

Unfortunately the banks don't accept Adult business in Cyprus, so it can be difficult to find a workaround.

For anonymity reasons you must appoint a Nominee Shareholder and Director if it is a Cyprus company, if it is a Seychelles company you want always like to appoint those because there are no public register in the Seychelles to lookup any ownership of a company.

Both Cyprus and Seychelles don't have any applicable laws in place which will prohibit Adult business.
