Starting a business,legal and tax question?

I am thinking about starting an Ebay/website/affiliate business online. How do you start out.........do you register a business name with your local government? Do you get a tax #? Do you incorporate? general bookkeeping help would be appreciated also.

Hello friend It is true to start a new business you will have to think twice as lots of formalities are there . You will have to obtain licence, permission from the govt body, you will have to acquire land for setting up industry or factory, if you are asking for loan then you will have to submit your project and financial credentials etc etc. You will have to register the company with the local govt body, you will have to appoint CA etc .

I would say, start your business to see if it will make any profit, once you exceed about 10.000 USD a month you should look into registering a company, depending where you live the extension is different, but you should look for something similar to a LTD / Limited company
