Is it legal to have a offshore company in the Seychelles or Cyprus, just wonder since I consider to move to the UK for some time and now I'm worried if I can get into troubles here

It is legal as long as you informa your local tax authorities of your income in this company and you pay personal income tax!

The UK might not be the country to move too if you planning to hide from any tax authorities..

The problems start when you hide it... but hey... are we not all do this
