Default Law suit against payment gateways that don'w pay how?

Just wondering, since I read it everywhere and every week where people are craying that now they have been scammed by this company and that company and lost bunches of money!

How comes that those companies can slip away with it?

Is there no one which is suing them or make any form of debit collection on them?

Sometimes the amount people lost on a payment service provider company is very high we speak 10k and sometime 80k why is no one doing something against this?

To sue a PSP or MSP isn't difficult, you will just need to have some money to back it up, best is to find a lawyer in the country and close to the town where the PSP / MSP is located.

We have also been cheated by some payment gateway and it costs too much to sue such clowns.

I would suggest finding other which have been scammed and make a class law suit against them; it is the only way you can afford to pay the lawyer in charge.

It depends on how much money they owe you and if it is worth to throw more money into the black hole, but except this I would always go to a lawyer and have them collect my money, most Payment service providers are threaten as regular companies and the rights to keep your money applies not for them even if it is in their TOS.

Many have been "blinded" by believing that just because Visa and MC can freeze people’s money then the PSP can do the same, you are terrible wrong, a Private Limited Company or any other non Bank company has to pay their depts else you can go and collect your money and take legal action.
There are people that watch things happen, people that make things happen and people that wonder what the hell just happened.
