Forex trading is rapidly spreading that any other global trading businesses. This is mainly because of low forex trading penetration and minimal customer base. So everyday we may find a new forex trading site. Mt question is "Is it mandatory to obtain forex license before opening a forex trading account". How to obtain a Forex trading License in US?

I think Forex trading license is mandatory to start a forex trading company in all EU as well as US. But forex trading is not allowed in many countries officially. So there is no any licensing authority there.
