    Default Employment laws of France

The relationship between employer and employee has some distinct difference in France and not like other members European Union. So can anybody outline the issues relating employment laws in France?

    Default

The intellectual and legal framework, as well as the general day-to-day approach, to the relationship between employer and employee in France is very different. The most important point to take into account that employment in France is not 'at will'. It is in favor of the employers.
