    Default Copyright advice

    I run a PC Repair company as a part time Sole Trader but maybe one day I will turn it into a full time company. So I have registred my company name with companys house and will just leave it as a dormant company.

    But another website has started to use my company name I want to copyright my name so he has to change it how can I do this will it cost a lot?
