How to add funds in LR

Hello some guy want me to pay him via LR and i hear LR for first time so my question is how i can add funds (i have only paypal and debit card) in LR.Thanks for wasted time :P

Well, you will need to find an exchanger, as far as I know LR makes some recommandations on there website, there are many companies doing this... just be aware of, that all those exchanger companies from credit card or paypal to Liberty Reserve are new and I doubt that by 99% of all available that there is a company behind it.
