Ready-Made Cyprus company change of share holders possible?

I consider to buy another Cyprus company from you now since Im in a hurry I need a ready made comapny but need to have 2 partners as share holders.

Can we have me and my partners and as well the nominee shareholders for the company and if we later decide to change the share holders so because we don't want the nominees any longer is that possible?

How long does it takes to get the Cyprus company from when we have made the payment to you ?

To make changes in the share holders or similar can take up to 2 months for ROC to execute it is not recommended to do so, if you need to be a shareholder together with your partners, we recommend to incorporate a new company in Cyprus.

Dormant/Ready-Made Cyprus companies are only useful if you don't need to make any changes and want to get started quickly with your business.
