How do online transactions be monitored?

Hey,

are these online transactions via all the payment gateways being monitored? good amounts are getting transacted daily. But what is the exact method implemented to monitor these payments? Any idea?

As long as you have get yourself no information about bookkeeping, software needed for this and the way to handle payment processors, you should not get into a business at all.

Sounds like you are starting to land in big trouble.

Hi friend, you have mistaken. I was just asking generally what is the method implemented for this monitoring purpose. Not for my sake. I think its clear now.

This I can not tell you exactly.

After implementing credit card payments into my shop, I got a special software, which keeps me up to date, if the payment is cleared or not.

This software is in communication with my bookkeeping software, where these transactions are monitored.

Each payment gateways have their own dedicated custom designed softwares which maintains transactions and keeps in upto date with the real time details. As far as I know they are entirely unbreakable.

Yes andrew wrote right words. It is depend upon in which country r u in and which software popular there for recording transaction. I am a freelancer accountant and use different software for my client like excel, quickbook, tally, etc...

All Online transactions are not monitored always and should not be also.Unless it is urgent and has a specific importance it is not allowed. Of course it is performed by specific software.Specially designated investigating agencies empowered by judiciary can monitor any Online transactions when ever needed.Although one can develop that software to monitor online transactions,But it will be illegal and it is punishable under cyber law of that country.
