They are a SCAM, believe me we have checked their service and what they are doing is not alone a violation of the Visa and MasterCard regulation it is also something that will shut them down sooner or later and it will leave merchants without any money!

Soon people will start crying about CTOPAY has stolen their money and they will claim that the money has been frozen by Visa/Mc or the Acquiring bank which they are fooling to process iligal business. Furthermore several CP sites have been seen processing through this so called clean payment service provider. Do you all guy's support CP?
