credit card payment authorized but I have no merchant account

a bit odd I know.My merchant account lapsed for a reason or 2 and I am reluctant to restart it.
I do though have a card or two that I am authorized to charge (not enough to make it sensible to renew my merchant account)
Is there anyway I can access this money (it is owed to me as a result of a late accommodatiion cancellation)-without as I say renewing my merchant account?

Sorry but what has a merchant account to accept credit cards to do with your personal credit card?

Can someone please clarify, or maybe you can elaborate on this?

no it is not my personal credit card.A customer booked using her personal credit card and cancelled very late.
I would be entitled to charge but my merchant account has lapsed.
So it is frustrating that I can't charge for this .
I guess that if I reinstated my account I could process the transaction but with setup fees and the rest it seems an uneconomic option.
Is there an alternative?
