See title, are they any good for credit card processing?

Some reviews on Internet say they are a scam but on website I see they credit card process for the Russian governement??

Chronopay works perfectly fine if your business is legit and you don't try to cheat they will work great for you, also offerin multi currency processing in real time.

I do have something to contribute, if people still need help - but since I'm not part of the initial response I thought it would be a courtesy to ask. If they no longer need help, then there is nothing for me to say. If someone answers my question I can offer advice - such as the case of other threads in which I asked a simple, yet similar question.

Creative Chinese have set up two websites claiming to be Chronopay's China/Hongkong/AsiaPac branch, chronopay dot org dot cn and chronopay dot bz. After writing to chronopay company I got their reply telling me "these sites are not related to chronopay company".
