Just wondering what people in India are doing now while PayPal is not paying?

Many will jump to moneybookers, xoom.com or 2co.com I guess, they are also may favor companies.

I work though both Authorize.net and E network processing. E Network processing is a little smaller company and therefore sometimes a little more responsive

Does e-network processing accept any high risk processing ? and also merchants from non EU or US countries?
