For those interested, they also published the laws that apply in Cyprus, just wanted to share it since it might be of high relevance if you even consider to register a forex trading company in Cyprus.

Thanks for pointing this out, however, wonder if the license one will get from CYSEC is valid in all countries or only in Cyprus?

According to what I found on the net this license is valid all around Europe, so it is worth the money.
