I 'll give it to cops.Because some must be anxious about the money,maybe for emergency or something else,I think we should set up a good example.
I totally agree with you. If I found a bag full of money. I will go to any charitable trust and give that money for a good cause. As I dont trust the cops.
Take it to the police station and hope it will go through to the owner... I would appreciate if anyone else would do the same if it was my money / bag

If I will find the bag with the recipient name and address then I will return it to him and if Theres no owner then I will go and give it to cops and keep the record of some of the notes numbers so that if cops are also cheating then I can have proof of their cheating.
