Offshore bank account which country for high risk business?

I need a offshore bank account with IBAN account and SWIFT code. It must be a reliable and trusted bank where my money is safe I heard of Seychelles, Mauritius and Cyprus but I also read it can be difficult to get a bank account offshore if my business is considered high risk which it is I hope some can give some input please..

Well if it is for your pharmacy business as you mentioned in another thread here then it will be impossible to get a real offshore bank account for your business in most offshore jurisdictions. There may be options left, I don't know of them.

From what I heard from several of my business partners which are into the pharmacy, gaming, adult and other similar business is that they do the following. They incorporate a´offshore company open an account with a bank with the business activity of acting holding company or personal investment and consultancy services... so no one is asking questions and they get the account
