Cyprus bank account w. Debit or credit card Visa please help?

Hi,

I need a Cyprus bank account with Visa debit or credit card, can you you please explain if that is possible?

Also preferable is a credit card but if not possible a debit card will do it as well, it MUST be a Visa card.

I figured out that to get credit card with Cyprus bank I need to deposit 3 times amount of credit limit. I don't need that with Rietumu Bank they say.
